Last updated on January 4, 2008 A recent class at Tri-City School of Martial Arts Soke, Pro. John H. Casarez - Grandmaster Founder of the Manabi-Masho Jujitsu System. Soke Casarez has over 58 years experience in the Martial Arts. A highly devoted Martial Artist, Soke holds multiple black belts in Jujitsu, Judo, Aikido, Karate, Ninjutsu and in the Chuck Norris system. In the total 58 years Soke has trained, he has only missed less than 50 classes or training sessions. Soke Casarez's achievements include 6 Black Belts in the various styles that he has studied. Acheived 10th Dan in Manabi-Masho Jujitsu in 1993, 6th Dan in Judo in 1983, 3rd Dan in Aikido in 1974, 2nd Dan in Karate in 1983, 1st Dan in Chuck Norris system in 1980, 1st Dan in Ninjutsu in 2004. He's been awarded multiple awards and recognitions from bodies such as the World Head of Family Sokeship Council, the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the Cosmopolitian Florida Hall of Fame. Soke received the Pioneer award from the CFHOF for 2007. In addition, Soke Casarez was the 51st. member inducted onto the World Head of Family Sokeship Council's Grandmasters Council. Soke Casarez opened his school, the Tri-City School of Martial Arts, in 1970. The school, has been located in various locations in the Chesapeake Ohio area over the last 37 years. Soke John Casarez originally created Manabi-Masho Jujitsu in 1968. Manabi-Masho Jujitsu was recognized officially in 1993 by the World Head of Family Sokeship Council. It became an official international martial art in 1993. It has continued growing and spreading since it's creation. Soke Casarez still currently and personally teaches at the Hombu Dojo "main School" in Chesapeake, OH. Tri-City School of Martial Ars is the birthplace of Manabi-Masho Jujitsu "The Working Way". This art is a blend of many different styles and disciplines that flow together to form a superior self defense system. Soke Casarez has worked with many famous Martial Artists. Some of the more notable include (but are not limited to) Stephen K. Hayes (To-Shin-Do Ninjutsu), Remy Presas (Modern Arnis), and Chuck Norris. Soke Casarez has instructed many classes at police academies and for many civil organizations. Soke Casarez's primary focus in life is the continual improvement in his Martial Art, Manabi-Masho Jujitsu. Soke Casarez stated "He feels that his 58 years of Martial Arts have been a wonderful way of life for him". He also states; "He feels that Martial Arts has given so much to him, it has enhanced his life in such a positive way".
